Please read these terms and conditions carefully before using the Travel Vogue website or engaging our services. By using our website or making a booking, you agree to be bound by these terms.
1. About Us
Travel Vogue is a travel agency registered and operating in South Africa. References to "we", "us" or "our" in these terms refer to Travel Vogue.
2. Use of This Website
You may use this website for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You agree not to:
- Use the site in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the site
- Transmit any unsolicited or unauthorised advertising material
- Copy, reproduce, or distribute any content from this site without our written permission
3. Bookings and Quotations
All quotations provided are valid for the period stated and are subject to availability. A booking is only confirmed once:
- You have received a written confirmation from Travel Vogue
- The required deposit has been received and cleared
Prices are quoted in South African Rand (ZAR) unless otherwise stated and are subject to change due to currency fluctuations, supplier changes, or tax adjustments until full payment is received.
4. Payment
Deposit and balance payment terms will be specified in your quotation. Failure to pay by the due date may result in cancellation of your booking. We accept payment by EFT and credit card where available.
5. Cancellations and Refunds
Cancellation fees vary depending on the suppliers involved and the proximity to your travel date. We will communicate applicable cancellation penalties at the time of booking. Travel Vogue's service fee is non-refundable once a booking has been confirmed.
We strongly recommend that all clients take out comprehensive travel insurance to cover cancellation, medical emergencies, and other unforeseen events.
6. Travel Insurance
Travel Vogue strongly recommends that all travellers obtain adequate travel insurance before departure. We can assist with arranging insurance on request. Failure to obtain insurance is at the client's own risk.
7. Passports, Visas and Health Requirements
It is your responsibility to ensure you hold a valid passport and any required visas for your destination. We can advise on requirements but cannot be held responsible for any consequences arising from failure to comply with entry requirements or health regulations.
8. Liability
Travel Vogue acts as an agent for airlines, hotels, tour operators, and other travel suppliers. We are not liable for any act, omission, or default of such suppliers. Our liability is limited to the amount paid to us for our services.
We are not responsible for any loss, damage, injury, or expense arising from circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, political unrest, strikes, or pandemic-related disruptions.
9. Accuracy of Information
We make every effort to ensure the information on this website is accurate and up to date. However, we cannot guarantee that all content is free from errors. Descriptions, images, and prices on this site are for general guidance only and may differ from what is available at the time of booking.
10. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including text, images, logos, and design, is the property of Travel Vogue or its licensors and is protected by copyright. You may not use any content without our prior written consent.
11. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of our services will be subject to the jurisdiction of the South African courts.
